ji1111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). ji1111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ji1111 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day. ji1111 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ji1111 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
ji1111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
All bets placed on ji1111 are final and binding once confirmed by the system. ji1111 will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in the following circumstances: (a) a technical error caused the bet to be placed incorrectly; (b) the event or game was cancelled before completion; or (c) ji1111 determines at its sole discretion that the bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing or odds error.
ji1111 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in bad faith, in collusion with other players, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the staked amount may be returned to the player's account, but no winnings will be paid.
For live casino games, the result determined by the live dealer and confirmed by the game system is final. For slot games, the result generated by the certified random number generator (RNG) is final. ji1111 does not accept disputes based on player misunderstanding of game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji1111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Upon termination for cause, ji1111 may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
You may close your ji1111 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
